Establishing the reason for investment

Scrutinising on the market and off market opportunities from our wide network, shortlisting the most suitable ones
Providing a detailed analysis of the properties including price comparibles, estimates of any works, projected yields
A tour of the selected properties
After Negotiating
Once an offer has been accepted, we continue the process until completion. This involves liaising with solicitors, freeholders, lenders, vendors agents, planning authorities etc. Our objective is to make the whole process hassle free until completion.
Fees
Our fees are straight forward and transparent:
Sales - 2% of the final sale price
Lettings - 10% of the yearly rent
Commercial - 10% of the yearly rent, plus 5% of any premium
